What we do at the curb
Nine things we fix most weeks
Everything below is done on-site with tools carried in the van. If a job genuinely needs a lift or a frame machine, we say so on the phone before we drive out — we don't take the call and figure it out in your driveway.
Batteries & charging
Testing, replacement and terminal cleanup. We also chase the parasitic drain that kills a battery every three days — that one takes longer and we'll tell you so up front.
No-start & roadside
Starter, alternator, fuel pump, ignition switch, dead key fob. If your car cranks and won't catch, or clicks and does nothing, that's the call we take at 2 a.m.
Check-engine diagnostics
Full OBD-II scan plus live data — fuel trims, misfire counts, O2 response. You get the codes in plain English and a written list of what actually needs doing versus what can wait.
Oil, filters & fluids
Conventional, synthetic blend or full synthetic, with the filter and a top-up of washer, coolant and power steering. Old oil goes back with us and gets recycled — nothing left on your driveway.
Tires & seasonal swap
Swap-overs, rotations, plug repairs and pressure resets. We'll torque to spec and re-check after 100 km if you're local — just text us.
Starters & alternators
Bench-tested before and after. On most Civics, Corollas, Elantras and Escapes we can do the whole swap in a driveway without lifting the car.
Suspension & steering
Struts, control arms, tie rod ends, sway bar links, wheel bearings. We do a road test with you in the passenger seat so you can hear the clunk we're chasing.
Pre-purchase inspections
Before you hand over cash for a used car, we meet you at the seller's address and go through it properly — compression, frame, rust, codes, history of patch jobs. You get a written verdict the same day.

You call and describe it
Make, model, year, where it's parked, and what it's doing. A noise, a light, a smell, a click. The more specific you are, the closer our first guess gets.

We quote the visit
Diagnostic fee, likely parts, and a realistic window. If it's something we can't safely do curbside, we tell you on that call and point you to a shop we trust instead of taking the job anyway.

We come to you
Van, jack, stands, torque wrench, scanner, and the common parts for your model. You don't need to be home — a driveway, a visitor spot, or a quiet side street is enough. We'll text when we're ten minutes out.

You see the old part
Every replaced component gets shown to you or photographed and texted. Card, e-transfer or cash on completion. Written summary of what was done and what to watch for next.

We're based on Redmond Rd in Mississauga and work a loop through the west end most days. If you're inside the list below, we can usually be there within the hour. Just outside it, call anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth the drive.
